Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Domestic Supervisor to lead our domestic services team with energy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, overseeing stock control, ensuring training compliance, and fostering a productive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

    • Supervise, support, and motivate the domestic services team to achieve high standards of work.

    • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and address any issues promptly.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for team members, providing guidance and fostering collaboration.

  • Stock Control:

    • Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure the availability of necessary supplies.

    • Monitor usage and reorder stock efficiently to avoid shortages.

    • Implement systems for accurate tracking and reporting of stock.

  • Training Coordination:

    • Develop and deliver training programs for team members, ensuring all staff receive relevant instruction.

    • Maintain up-to-date training records for each team member.

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies for training requirements.

  • Compliance:

    • Ensure that all domestic staff have completed required training certifications and remain compliant with health and safety standards.

    • Conduct regular audits to monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
