Salary: £27,000 per year (£14.87 OTE)
35 hours per week over 5 days

What you'll be doing:

You'll take charge of the morning service, creating delicious, high-quality dishes that set the tone for the day. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to maintain the hotel's exceptional standards and smooth operations.

Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to Rosette-level standards
Managing your section efficiently and maintaining prep for daily service
Working with seasonal, locally sourced produce
Upholding food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods
Contributing ideas for menu improvements and guest experience

What we're looking for:

We're seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef who loves early mornings, consistency, and creating memorable dishes with local ingredients.

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen
Strong attention to detail and time management
Passion for local, sustainable produce and seasonal cooking
A calm, organised approach during busy service
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
