Commercial Manager, Account Management – Nutraceutical Manufacturing (Hybrid)

Location: Exeter, Devon | Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote

Our client, a fast-growing manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead a team of Account Managers and drive growth across a portfolio of key health and wellness brands.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring your team delivers exceptional client service while maximising commercial performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve revenue and margin goals.
  • Oversee key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and profitable growth.
  • Shape commercial strategy around pricing, forecasting, and new product development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — NPD, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing — to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Use data and insight to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.
