We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to support our team of Financial Advisors in Honiton and Exeter.

The Role:

As a Wealth Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our advisory services. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and processing client documentation and reports.
  • Maintaining accurate client records using financial CRM systems.
  • Liaising with product providers and clients regarding account queries and transaction processing.
  • Assisting with research and technical tasks to support the review process.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a financial services environment is essential.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with financial products such as pensions and investments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong IT proficiency, especially with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (travel between offices required).
