About this Role
As a residential conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload, including:
- Sales and Purchases of residential propertiesÂ
- Residential Property Investments and Lettings
- Re-mortgagingÂ
- New Homes transactions
- Matrimonial Transfers
- Probate Sales
- Help to BuyÂ
- Shared Ownership and Joint Ownership
Requirements
- Qualification is NOT required
- You will have at least 1 year’s experience as a conveyancer handling your own caseload
- Solicitors & Legal Executives are welcome – as are Licensed Conveyancers and unqualified Fee Earners who have managed a caseload
- Able to deliver excellent client service
