In this role, you will monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across the Honiton site, conduct risk assessments and audits, investigate incidents, deliver HSE training, and work closely with management and operational teams to embed best practices into all activities.

This role would suit a HSE Officer local to Honiton that is looking for a long term role where you will be able to progress, have training opportunities readily available, and have a greater work life balance through working Monday to Friday and 33 days holiday.

The Role

  • Monitor, review, and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the site
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports with recommendations for improvement

The Person

  • Proven experience as an HSE Officer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and standards
  • Driving License as may be occasional expectation to work at other sites
