Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Production Supervisor to lead and support daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across all processes.
Key Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring targets are met and aligned with quality and safety standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams and line leaders to drive performance and engagement.
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency and problem-solving.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address production challenges proactively.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Prior experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies advantageous.
What We Offer:
- 19.23 per hour basic pay.
- 28.84 per hour overtime rate after 38 hours.
- Monday-Friday work pattern with one rota day off and weekends off.
