Were looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our growing team. As a Service and Projects Coordinator, youll play a pivotal role in managing service plans, supporting engineering projects, and driving customer satisfaction. This hybrid role blends office-based coordination with customer-facing engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and interaction.


What Youll Be Doing:
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to generate, present, and sell compressor and ancillary equipment service plans.

  • Conduct customer visits as needed for presentations and fact-finding.

  • Coordinate and oversee engineering projects in collaboration with the Service Manager, Engineering Manager, and Operations Director.

  • Prospect new and existing accounts to promote our service offerings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key service plan accounts.

  • Support internal sales during peak periods, holidays, and absences.

  • Submit a monthly sales report (pipeline, wins/losses) and maintain a weekly call plan.

  • Ensure the accuracy and validity of ongoing service plans.

  • Promote the companys full portfolio to existing clients where appropriate.


Quotations & Order Processing:
  • Prepare and submit quotations with appropriate managerial approval.

  • Support customer inquiries as needed, working alongside the external sales team or Directors.


What Were Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong customer-facing skills with a commercial mindset.

  • Familiarity with Outlook and Excel reporting.

  • Willingness to learn and stay current with industry standards and training (e.g. HPC, Omega, Infinity, H&S).

  • A proactive, professional attitude and the flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks as needed.

  • Reports to: Service Manager

  • Regular interaction with: Operations Directorand Engineering Manager
