Were looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our growing team. As a Service and Projects Coordinator, youll play a pivotal role in managing service plans, supporting engineering projects, and driving customer satisfaction. This hybrid role blends office-based coordination with customer-facing engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and interaction.
Work closely with the Service Manager to generate, present, and sell compressor and ancillary equipment service plans.
Conduct customer visits as needed for presentations and fact-finding.
Coordinate and oversee engineering projects in collaboration with the Service Manager, Engineering Manager, and Operations Director.
Prospect new and existing accounts to promote our service offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key service plan accounts.
Support internal sales during peak periods, holidays, and absences.
Submit a monthly sales report (pipeline, wins/losses) and maintain a weekly call plan.
Ensure the accuracy and validity of ongoing service plans.
Promote the companys full portfolio to existing clients where appropriate.
Prepare and submit quotations with appropriate managerial approval.
Support customer inquiries as needed, working alongside the external sales team or Directors.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer-facing skills with a commercial mindset.
Familiarity with Outlook and Excel reporting.
Willingness to learn and stay current with industry standards and training (e.g. HPC, Omega, Infinity, H&S).
A proactive, professional attitude and the flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
