Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards. Branded experience preferred but not essential.
- Help to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation techniques.
