Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Manage and maintain your section, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
- Shifts 0530 - 1330 or 1030 to 1930 hours
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid food hygiene certification.
- Must be self-employed with relevant documentation (e.g., UTR number, public liability insurance).
