Marketing Manager

Contract: Permanent, FT/PT

Salary: Competitive

Location: Hook, Hampshire - Office based with some hybrid flexibility considered

Your Challenges:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product sales.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, to include SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media.
  • Create compelling content for digital and conventional advertising materials.
  • Organise and coordinate industry exhibitions, trade shows,
  • Manage the company’s website and ensure optimal performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated in a Marketing, Business or Communications discipline – CIM qualification or equivalent would be beneficial,
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the electronics or a tech industry.
  • Strong grasp of B2B marketing,
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media strategies and managing website content (e.g. WordPress) – graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus,
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp),
  • Experienced with marketing tools and CRM mail campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Can compose and edit short video clips.
  • Proven experience organising trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with analytical skills to measure and optimise campaigns.
  • Knowledge of ABM techniques is a plus.
