  • Develop functional roadmaps with business stakeholders to align data requirements with business processes.
  • Build strong relationships to understand business direction, processes, and data needs for reporting and analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into cost-effective, high-quality data analytics designs.
  • Design, develop, and test semantic layers for business MI teams to create insightful reports.
  • Advise on the best reporting and analytics tools tailored to individual requirements.
  • Create interactive dashboards and intuitive reports using enterprise reporting applications and data visualisation tools.
  • Develop rapid prototypes and analytical models to uncover new business insights through close engagement with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate pragmatic approaches to meet reporting and analysis requirements, considering scale and complexity.
  • Demonstrate tools and analytics expertise to business Power Users, providing coaching and guidance for self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with source system experts and third-party partners on delivery projects.
  • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset to optimise data analysis and reporting solutions.
  • Support the Service Lead in analysing report usage and performance to drive business value.
  • Create high-quality documentation that clearly describes data and reporting solutions.
  • Contribute to the MI&A platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Assist support teams in resolving technical issues related to data and reporting solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking.
  • Actively contribute to team success through collaboration and sharing expertise.
