An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Head of Drama to join a thriving secondary school in Hook on a full-time maternity cover basis, starting January 2026. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who can inspire students and staff alike, and continue to drive excellence in the performing arts.

Role Overview: As Head of Drama, you will lead a creative and committed department, delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, overseeing curriculum planning, and coordinating school productions and enrichment activities. You'll play a key role in fostering a love for drama and performance throughout the school.
