About the Role:
As a Installations Operative, you will play a key role in transforming spaces with your skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing bespoke products
- Gaining a deep understanding of products and the working processes.
- Attending essential training and induction courses to enhance your skills.
- Proactively prioritising Health and Safety, adhering to risk assessments and method statements.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all issued items are cared for.
- Effectively communicating with fellow operatives and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Completing paperwork and administrative tasks in accordance with company requirements.
- Abiding by all relevant laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- A valid UK driver's licence.
- While experience is preferred, it is not essential - we're happy to train the right candidate!
- Self-awareness and a conscientious approach to work.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to urgent tasks.
- Confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers.
- Good knowledge of the construction industry.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong timekeeping abilities to ensure efficient job completion.
