We are looking for primary school teachers in Hook/surrounding areas!

Location: Hook, Hampshire.
Contract type: Full time, permanent.
Salary: £130 to £220 a day. (Depending on experience)
Start date: September 2025.
About the role:
- You would need strong classroom management skills, the ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences, always maintain a safe environment, and being able to adapt to different situations.
- Prepare teaching materials, set up the classroom and organise displays.
- Plan and teach lessons and work with small groups of students.
- Mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children's progress.
- manage the work of teaching assistants.
- Organise trips, after school clubs and sports events.
- Work and attend meetings and training outside of usual working hours.
- Adapting to different subjects and grade levels as needed.
- Collaborating with other staff members to support student needs.
Requirements for the role:
- Hold QTS/NQT status in the UK.
- Hold a DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one.
- Teaching experience in a Primary, or Secondary school.
- Be prepared to cover a multitude of subjects.
- The right to work within the UK.
- Overseas police check if you have lived outside of the UK for over 6 months in the last 5 years.
- Obtainable references from schools you have previously worked at within the last 5 years.
- Specialising in one or more subjects.
