Full Time 8.30am to 4.30pm

3-4 Month Contract

Job Purpose:

To support the organization in sourcing and procuring goods and services efficiently and cost-effectively, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing Duties:

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, goods, and services according to the company’s requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and manage contracts or price agreements.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Support budget control by tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle general office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondence as required.
  • Assist with internal communication between departments.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a purchasing or administrative role (2+ years preferred).
  • Experience in procurement software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Carry out internal audits as scheduled to ISO9001 standards
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes is an advantage.

3 – 4 month contract could be a temp to perm role if meet the needs of the business.
