The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and technically capable Laboratory Technician to join an expanding team. You’ll perform hands-on calibrations, drive quality standards, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence and technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out calibration work, method validation, and uncertainty calculations
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and internal quality procedures
- Produce accurate technical reports in line with client requirements
- Promote calibration best practices and safety protocols
- Support process improvements and drive efficiency
- Help resolve technical issues and customer concerns
- Identify customer needs and support service enhancement
- Maintain calibration equipment and ensure regular upkeep
- Assist with internal and external audit readiness
- Liaise with the Quality team to ensure procedural compliance
