This Head Chef position will suit an experienced Sous chef/Head chef who is passionate about food and shows flair and imagination. You must have rosette experience to be considered for this role.
The establishment uses all local/seasonal produce and is very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce a menu which utilities the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality.
Head Chef Experience
We are looking for Head chef with a passion for food already used to delivering a high-level experience.
You will ideally have worked in a similar Gastro Pub environment and be used to working with local produce.
