Service Care Solutions is seeking a Recovery Connector for a temporary contract with a charity, focusing on clients with Alcohol Misuse Issues.
The position requires managing a caseload of complex cases and running group sessions, with a work schedule of 30 hours per week over 4 days.
The pay rate is up to £18.14 per hour PAYE, with an inclusive holiday pay rate of £20.33 per hour, and £23 per hour for umbrella pay.
Candidates must have experience managing a high caseload of complex clients, particularly in substance misuse, and possess excellent safeguarding knowledge.
The organization offers a £250 referral bonus and a £150 sign-up bonus, emphasizing their extensive experience in providing support for addiction recovery.

Service Care Solutions are currently working with a charity to fill a Temporary contract for a Recovery Connector. This role will be closely managing a caseload of clients with Alcohol Misuse Issues. 30 Hours per week, 4 days. Running group sessions
Outreach to see clients in the community
Managing a caseload of complex cases
Completing Care Plans & Risk Assessments
Working closely with Substance Misuse clients known to the Service
Enable service users to access education, employment services, health services, and wellbeing & recovery support activities

Minimum requirements for Recovery Connector

Knowledge of completing Comprehensive Assessments
Experience managing a high caseload of complex clients
Able to manage a caseload of Alcohol and substance misuse Clients
Excellent safeguarding knowledge
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Able to identify risks and take appropriate action
