The Role

As the successful Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process within a specialist market.

You can expect to:

  • Assess job specs and create adverts
  • Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video
  • Manage interview and offer processes
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates
  • Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share
