Trust Education is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Recruitment Administrator to join our Wakefield office in Horbury and support our busy recruitment team. What You’ll Be Doing:
Candidate Support & Registration
- Welcome candidates into the office and ensure a great first impression.
- Collect, process, and chase essential candidate documents.
- Guide candidates through the compliance process and assist with DBS checks.
- Support resourcing efforts by identifying and screening suitable candidates.
- Participate in recruitment events and university fairs.
Reference & Compliance Checks
- Request and chase references via phone, email, and post.
- Log all information on our CRM system and maintain up-to-date records.
- Verify references against CVs and monitor ongoing candidate compliance.
Client Support
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure they receive a professional and efficient service.
- Help consultants fill bookings and prepare candidate CVs for submission.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to queries from both clients and candidates.
Administration & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Post job adverts on job boards and social media.
- Manage diaries, shared inboxes, and ensure a tidy and welcoming office environment.
- Help keep track of timesheets, payments, and candidate starter forms.
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle (required).
