EU Account Manager - German Speaking

I am looking for a driven sales executive who is native German speaking to support with growth in the EU markets. This is an exciting time to join this business who have seen great success over the last 12 months in the EU market.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers including reengaging with lost customers. 
  • Internal Sales: Build relationships with new clients and follow up on leads generated by the marketing department.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of products/services to effectively demonstrate their value to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to clients. Communicate progress and present performance updates to management and directors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and persuasively.
  • Customer-centric approach, with a genuine passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
