What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be a go-to problem solver for complex support queries-via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Work on meaningful IT projects and help onboard exciting new clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with users and customers through exceptional service and communication.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in an MSP or similar high-pressure IT environment.
  • A customer focused mind-set and excellent communication skills

Solid knowledge of:

  • Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware, Dell)
  • Networking (switches, firewalls)
  • VDI platforms (Citrix, RDS)
  • Backup technologies (Veeam, off-site)
  • A sharp eye for detail, solid organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Please Note: Individuals must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle
