What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year of IT support experience in an office setting
  • Confident communicator who enjoys helping others
  • Good problem solver who stays organised under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence and your own car (the office is not easy to reach by public transport)
  • Happy to work the occasional bit of paid overtime, as required

What you'll be doing:

  • Helping customers by phone and email, solving their IT issues and giving great service
  • Working closely with teammates and partners to get things done
  • Keeping track of tickets using their service desk system
  • Updating guides and help articles to make life easier for users
  • Learning more about IT tools like Windows, Office 365, networking, and backups
