We are excited to welcome a qualified and experienced Licensed Conveyancer to a growing Residential Property team. This role is perfect for someone with a robust background in conveyancing, eager to manage a diverse range of tasks from initial instruction to post-completion, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage residential sales and purchases.
  • Handle remortgage transactions and equity release transactions.
  • Check titles of freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Deal with the transfer of equity and matrimonial transfers.
  • Provide support and training to the department’s conveyancing assistants.
  • Develop client contacts in the local area and cross-refer clients to other departments as appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Local knowledge of the Horley area.
  • PQE of 3 years minimum.
  • Experience handling residential property caseloads.
  • Ability to provide cover for other offices in the firm when requested.
  • Maintain good working relations and behave politely and courteously to all team members.
  • Comply with all performance standards, work practices, office policies, and procedures.
