Gatwick

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with experience on JCT projects Manager to join a market leading contractor specialising in multi storey car park build across the UK, offering a senior role working on interesting multimillion pound projects.

On offer is the chance to join one of the countries larges contractors who offer a generous salary, excellent benefits package and have an emphasis on training and career progression no matter what level.

This well-established contractor are market leaders within the multi storey car park construction sector offering a full design, production and build of steel car park structures. Originating from Europe, they have capitalised on the UK market in the last 15 years, working across England, Scotland and Wales and pride themselves on the quality of their work and service. Now due to company growth and a new project in Gatwick they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

In this role you will be site based Gatwick as the main Quantity Surveyor on site. You will be responsible for management of JCT contracts, valuations, variations, liaising with clients and subcontractors, placing orders, final accounts, project reporting and serving contract notices.

This role is suited to a highly motivated professional with Quantity Surveying experience on JCT Projects in the construction industry who is proactive, enthusiastic and looking to progress their career to Senior level and above. Full UK licence and willingness to
travel is essential.

The ideal candidate will have Project Quantity Surveying experience working on multi million pound projects, preferably with some Teir one experience looking for a diverse role within a great company who value their staff.
