Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Type:聽Contract with Hybrid Working (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Role Overview:
We are pleased to partner with our esteemed client in search of a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team based at Gatwick. This role offers the opportunity to work on aviation works within a maintenance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
路Manage the quantity surveying aspects of aviation works at Gatwick, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
路Work on bespoke contracts, including NEC contract management, change management, and CVR processes.
路Provide detailed cost estimates, valuations, and reports to assist in decision-making.
路Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Ideal Candidate:
路Strong experience in NEC contracts, change management, and CVRs.
路A civils background is preferred, with experience in highways or rail being a strong bonus.
路Good attitude and professionalism are highly valued, alongside relevant experience.
