Internal Recruiter - Temporary Contract

Salary: 44,500 - 46,500

Hybrid working - 2-3 days in office

Huntress is delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of an Internal Recruiter to join their busy team on a temporary basis until the end of February.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally from an agency background, who's looking to gain valuable in-house experience working directly with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles across the organisation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective attraction strategies.
  • Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and internal channels.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through direct search, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Manage candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using internal systems.
  • Support wider HR and recruitment projects as required.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within an agency or internal environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confident in managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • A team player with a passion for people and recruitment.
