Accounts Assistant (Temp to perm - Part-Time)
Location: Horley - 100% Office-Based
Hours: Monday - Friday | 4 hours a day / 20 hours a week

We are seeking a flexible and adaptable Part-Time Accounts Assistant who can support a busy finance department. No two days will be the same, so we are looking for someone who is happy to pitch in and help wherever necessary. You could be assisting with credit control one day, helping to scan and upload invoices the next, and lending a hand with payroll duties on another. If you enjoy variety and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you'll fit right in! This flexible, part time opportunity would suit someone who prides themselves on being a capable, helpful finance administrator, supporting more senior colleagues in a pro active way.
Although this is a temporary to permanent position, you will be part of a forever growing, busy SME, who are constantly expanding and where permanent opportunities are available multiple times a year - so if you're looking for a role that offers career progression and the chance to grow, this could be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with credit control tasks, raising invoices
- Scanning and uploading invoices into the system
- Supporting with payroll duties
- General accounts assistance as required
