An Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Planner / Associate Transport Planner to join a rapidly expanding team near Crawley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Transport Planner who thrives on variety, client interaction, and project ownership. You will be trusted to lead small to medium-sized projects from inception through to completion, as well as play a key role in the delivery of larger, high-profile schemes.

Alongside project delivery, you'll attend client meetings, liaise with external consultants and local authorities, collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team, and help support and mentor junior planners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading small to medium projects and contributing to larger-scale developments.
  • Attending client meetings and liaising with local authorities, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Providing technical expertise in transport planning and modelling.
  • Supporting the training and development of junior planners.


What We're Looking For

  • At least 4 years' experience as a Transport Planner in either public or private sectors.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of TEMPro, ARCADY, PICADY, LinSig, TRICS, and Excel.
  • A Master's degree in Transport Planning (desirable but not essential).
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (CIHT, CILT) - desirable but not essential.
  • A full, clean driving licence.
