Aspire People are currently recruiting a SEND teaching assistant to work in a lovely SEND school located in the outskirts of Lincoln (LN9).
Position: Full time SEND TA
Location: LN9
Transport: you can take a bus from Lincoln or other bus routes are available
This particular school is looking for a SEND teaching assistant that has experience working with children in early years or in the care sector and interested in utilising their skills within education. Work experience at school is highly desirable.
This school is currently recruiting to start ASAP on long term basis and pay rate is 95-105 per day.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone from an education background or those that have worked within Healthcare/Support Work.
The Role
* Monday - Friday (not negotiable) - 8:30 - 15:30
* Long term position starting ASAP.
* Understanding of autism and other aspects of neurodiversity
* Have strong behaviour management.
* Understanding the importance of play in early years
* Manual handling knowledge and certificate is highly desirable.
* Have a lot of compassion and understanding, as well as a heart of gold.
* Possess enhanced DBS on updated service.
* Working with a number of assistants and working collaboratively with the class teacher
* Developing social and cognitive development.
* Supportive senior leadership team.
