Asbestos Analyst, Job Opportunity

Salary: Up to 37,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Covering London, most of the work is around Essex and South London

They operate across a mixture of sites, commercial and domestic. Some contracts they have are at St, Georges Hospitals and Camden housing Association. Responsibilities of an Asbestos Analyst:

Maintain stringent health and safety protocols.
Compile data and generate comprehensive reports as needed.
Conduct air monitoring and stage 4 clearance testing across diverse buildings.
Undertake various surveys including management, demolition, and refurbishment on different sites.

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications (P403 and P404).
Thorough understanding of Asbestos health and safety legislation.
Minimum one-year experience in the Asbestos industry.
Valid UK driving license.
Strong communication skills for client, contractor, and public interactions.
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed.
Proficiency in IT and numerical skills.
