The Role:
You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective ICT support throughout the school, ensuring staff and students benefit from a seamless digital learning experience. Your work will directly impact teaching, learning, and operational efficiency.

You Will:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support across the school’s ICT systems and infrastructure
- Maintain and monitor hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot system issues and support day-to-day operations
- Contribute to future planning and ICT strategy in collaboration with leadership
- Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and up to date

- Hours: 36 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 08:30-16:30)
- Weeks: All year round (52.14 weeks)
- Salary: Grade 4, SCP 7-10 (Outer London)
