As a Project Administrator, your role will be vital to our success. You'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing RAMS and H&S site files
  • Raising purchase orders on Sage
  • Creating work orders on client portal
  • Producing and updating electronic Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&Ms)
  • Sourcing products and materials from current suppliers and various online platforms
  • Hiring and off-hiring of plant and equipment
  • Processing documentation for new subcontractors and suppliers
  • Arranging training courses for staff
  • Monitoring general incoming emails and calls
  • Providing general assistance to site teams
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

About You:

  • IT literate and confident using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ideally experienced in project administration and/or construction industry
  • Detail-oriented with excellent attention to detail
  • Capable of prioritising work effectively
  • Strongly organised with fantastic time management skills
  • Adaptable and able to work both in a team and on your own initiative
