Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quantity Surveying efforts on a traditional £5m cut and carve education project.
  • Manage costs, contracts, and procurement processes to ensure the project is delivered on budget and to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team, providing insights and expertise to drive project success.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience
  • Solid experience in refurb or new build projects.
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is preferred.
  • Demonstrable drive and a proactive attitude towards learning and self-development.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
