Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quantity Surveying efforts on a traditional £5m cut and carve education project.
- Manage costs, contracts, and procurement processes to ensure the project is delivered on budget and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team, providing insights and expertise to drive project success.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience
- Solid experience in refurb or new build projects.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is preferred.
- Demonstrable drive and a proactive attitude towards learning and self-development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
