Support Worker – Team Motivate

Team Motivate is dedicated to supporting people to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. We provide personalised care that goes beyond meeting practical needs — we help people feel valued, connected, and motivated in their daily lives.
What you’ll do
- Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, meals, and mobility support.
- Offer practical help around the home – cleaning, shopping, cooking, and companionship.
- Support health needs such as taking medication (with training provided).
- Encourage independence, wellbeing, and social connections.
- Work closely with families, carers, and professionals to ensure the best care.
What we’re looking for
- A kind, patient and respectful approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
- Flexibility, reliability, and commitment to safeguarding.
- Experience in care is helpful but not essential – full training is provided.
Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths preferred.
- QCF Level 2 Diploma desirable (or willingness to work towards it).
- Driving licence desirable.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
