The Role:
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create personalised learning plans
- Help promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology (2:2 or above)
- A genuine interest in education and training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resilience, empathy, and patience
- Ideally having experience working with SEN children
