The Role:

• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create personalised learning plans
• Help promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology (2:2 or above)
• A genuine interest in education and training
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Resilience, empathy, and patience
• Ideally having experience working with SEN children
