About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our EYFS hub, supporting children aged 4-5 with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with the SEN team to provide targeted support, ensuring every child can achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching and learning for children in the hub
Develop and implement individual learning plans tailored to the children's needs
Work collaboratively with LSAs, HLTAs, and the wider school team
Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs
Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular reports on pupil progress
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in EYFS
Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and early years curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about supporting children with diverse learning needs
