Job Title: Carpenter/Multi Trader - Temp to Perm
Area: Horndean
Pay: 18.50 p/h
Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
Nuco Solutions is looking for an experienced social housing Carpenter/Multi Trader to work on their properties in Horndean and surrounding areas of Hampshire. Van and fuel card provided.
Duties will include:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Floor laying
- Kitchen and Bathroom fitting
- Painting and decorating
Requirements:
- Strong Carpentry skills
- Wide variety of trades experience
- Social housing experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry is desired but not essential
- Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Demonstrate knowledge of company values and behaviours
