We are recruiting for an experienced Care Manager to work within an adults residential care home specialising in Schizophrenia, Autism, Dementia and eating disorders. A person-centred care plan is produced tailored to each individuals specific needs.

The Care Manager will report to the Home Manager and will contribute to the delivery of a quality and comprehensive care service to ensure effective running and allocation of work to a team of Seniors and Support Workers, including contributing towards managing the staff rota, performanc, health and safety, infection control, conduct and attendance. You will continuously strive towards achieving excellence in all areas of practice.

Key Responbsbilities:
Supporting the day to day running of the home
Managing a team of people to provide outstanding care
Provide support, supervision, and mentoring
Practice within the guidance and legal framework of CQC Regulations and the Essential standards of Quality and Safety, Infection Control, Medication and Confidentiality, and National Medical Council's standards and guidance.
Ensure Information Governance and confidentiality is adhered to at all times

You will be a confident communicator, with excellent clinical knowledge and the ability to challenge the way some things are done and be solution orientated with a committed and organised approach.
