Part Time Assistant Administrator 20 hours p/w - Otus Live in Care Ltd

The role is to provide general office administration duties including;

  • Filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
  • Answering all incoming telephone enquiries
  • Updating internal databases and spreadsheets with carer availability
  • Ensuring all client and carer documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times.
  • Assisting with the administration of carer handovers
  • Booking meetings and managing calendars
  • To work with other team members to ensure service and quality levels are met. To follow all other reasonable management requests.
  • Previous experience in care would be an advantage
