Part Time Assistant Administrator 20 hours p/w - Otus Live in Care Ltd
The role is to provide general office administration duties including;
- Filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
- Answering all incoming telephone enquiries
- Updating internal databases and spreadsheets with carer availability
- Ensuring all client and carer documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times.
- Assisting with the administration of carer handovers
- Booking meetings and managing calendars
- To work with other team members to ensure service and quality levels are met. To follow all other reasonable management requests.
- Previous experience in care would be an advantage

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
Good working knowledge of IT Systems - comfortable using MS Office applications, scheduling software, and emails.

An eye for detail and the ability to record clear and factual accounts for record keeping
Good time management and be able work under pressure to deadlines on occasion
