Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to grow accounts
- Generate new business by prospecting and following up on leads
- Promote and sell agricultural products, equipment, or services to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients to support informed purchasing decisions
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports for management
- Attend trade shows, agricultural events, and client meetings as required
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within agriculture, farming, or related industries
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, products, or machinery (desirable)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to drive
