Reed Accountancy are currently seeking a highly organised Finance Administrator to support our clients Finance Manager and the wider team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to grow with the business, with the potential to become permanent. You will be a vital part of their fast-paced finance function, taking ownership of key administrative and financial processes.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post supplier payments.
  • Manage the posting of Direct Debit payments.
  • Handle credit control and chase overdue accounts.
  • Post journals and support the weekly payroll process.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience using Sage and Excel.
  • AAT Level 3 qualification is preferred.
  • Confidence in using Excel and working with financial data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
