Reed Accountancy are currently seeking a highly organised Finance Administrator to support our clients Finance Manager and the wider team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to grow with the business, with the potential to become permanent. You will be a vital part of their fast-paced finance function, taking ownership of key administrative and financial processes.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and post supplier payments.
- Manage the posting of Direct Debit payments.
- Handle credit control and chase overdue accounts.
- Post journals and support the weekly payroll process.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
- 3+ years’ experience using Sage and Excel.
- AAT Level 3 qualification is preferred.
- Confidence in using Excel and working with financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
