Pineapple Careers are delighted to be partnering with a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation based on the outskirts of Horsham, who are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office &Finance Administrator to join their friendly team on a full or part-time Permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both Purchase & Sales Ledger journals with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle cash & bank postings, ensuring timely updates
  • Preparing and executing agreed payment runs
  • Respond to customer queries with professionalism and care
  • Field daily calls and direct them appropriately
  • Support transport and logistics coordination
  • Perform weekly Bank Statement reconciliation
  • Assist with credit control and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Compile VAT returns reports
  • Maintain and update balance sheet reconciliations
  • Liaising with external Accountants to support year-end processes
  • Submit Pension submissions accurately
  • Maintain and organise digital and physical filing systems
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare the payroll data for the Accountant
  • Support HR administration, including onboarding documentation and holiday tracking

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in Accounting Software Packages - Xero
  • A Microsoft Office whizz
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Confident in running reports and analysing data
  • Able to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
