Production Operator (AM Shift)

Location: Horsham
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour (rising to 12.65 after 12 weeks)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6.30am to 2.30pm



About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join the Final Assembly team on the PM shift. You'll play an important role in building and testing finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and a strong commitment to maintaining high quality standards and safety procedures.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test finished goods according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standard build times

  • Carry out visual inspections to ensure all products meet quality requirements

  • Operate test equipment and interpret pass/fail criteria

  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all safety protocols

  • Participate in daily shift briefings and end-of-shift handovers

  • Work collaboratively with a team of around 10 colleagues under structured shift management



What We're Looking For

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions in English

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to retain and apply information

  • Physically capable of performing tasks involving standing, bending, and light lifting

  • Comfortable working in both seated and standing positions

  • Positive team player with a proactive approach to achieving production goals



Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Familiarity with Final Assembly Green or similar production departments

  • Experience using test equipment in a production setting
