We are currently working alongside two independent country pubs in West Sussex, both dedicated to serving quality, seasonal food made from scratch using local suppliers. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver fresh, flavourful dishes and help lead a supportive, passionate kitchen team in a relaxed but professional environment.
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef with a strong background in fresh food kitchens, someone who can confidently take charge during service, support menu development, and set high standards across the board.
