We are working with a dynamic, forward-thinking Managed Service Provider based in Horsham looking for Business Development Manager (BDM) to join and play a key role in driving our expansion.

The RoleWe're looking for an experienced BDM to identify and win new business opportunities across target sectors. You'll work closely with our technical and account management teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, and inbound activity
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of SME and mid-market prospects
  • Deliver compelling pitches and proposals, showcasing the value of our services
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical consultants to shape bespoke solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth handover to onboarding teams
  • Represent the business at events, conferences, and client meetings

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a B2B tech sales role, ideally within an MSP or IT reseller
  • Solid understanding of managed services, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure
  • A hunter mentality with a consultative, solution-focused sales approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Based within a commutable distance of Horsham (hybrid working available)
