About the Role:
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our financial advisers with all aspects of pensions and investments. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administration support for financial advisers, ensuring smooth procurement and processing of new business.
- Maintain and update client records within our database.
- Prepare essential paperwork, including client review packs, illustrations, and valuations.
- Process new business documentation to meet agreed service and quality standards.
- Handle fund switches, income requests, and withdrawals.
- Liaise with providers to expedite new business and keep clients informed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience within the Financial Services industry.
- Proven experience within pensions.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively at all levels.
- A strong team player with good planning and organisational skills.
- A methodical approach to work, demonstrating honesty and integrity.
- Experience with Dynamic Planner is a plus!
