Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a UK & Foreign Services Assistant Executive to join a team within a leading company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a structured, supportive environment.
About the Role
This is not a sales-heavy position. While there is a light element of upselling-such as providing clients with helpful service information and templates-the core of the role is administrative. The hours are 09.00am to 5.00pm (35 hours per week) fully on site
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing shared inboxes, ensuring timely responses and accurate communication.
- Handling inbound phone enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records using an internal CRM system.
- Supporting service delivery for valuations, medallion guarantees, and share-related processes.
- Sharing relevant fact sheets and upselling materials with clients as appropriate.
- Liaising with internal departments and third-party providers to coordinate workflow.
- Performing general administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Good numeracy skills and a confident approach to handling financial information.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical working style.
- Patient, empathetic communicator - both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively within deadlines.
- GCSEs in English and Maths required; further qualifications advantageous.
